The chef and his team will delight you with delicious dishes made with the finest local ingredients, such as Garda olive oil, vegetables from Val di Gresta, carne salada, and fish from the lake and surrounding rivers.
Our cuisine celebrates the traditions and flavours of the land and the lake, proposing authentic homemade recipes. Both bread, pasta, and focaccias that accompany the meals are made with love and passion in our kitchen. Our varied culinary offer also includes vegetarian and vegan options to please all tastes.
Hotel guests can choose between a fixed daily menu, composed of tasty dishes, or other delicacies from the à la carte menu, with a dedicated 5% discount.
Our wine list offers a selection of the best wineries to accompany the specialities of our menu. Our restaurant, simple and elegant, consists of an indoor dining area and a welcoming terrace open even during the winter season.
RESTAURANT SERVICE HOURS
The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:30 to 22:30.
During the high season, we offer a non-stop kitchen service from 12:00 to 22:30, while the pizzeria will remain open until midnight.

We have dedicated special attention to selecting the best raw materials and choosing the most suitable processing to ensure that our pizzas are not only delicious but also extremely digestible.
Our dough faithfully follows tradition, composed of water, flour, salt, and yeast, and is left to rise and mature for a period ranging from 36 to 48 hours, ensuring a unique consistency and flavour. The toppings are carefully chosen to offer a wide range of both classic and special options, both white and red, ensuring the genuineness and variety of pizza in all its variants.
